Warehouse Receiving and Inspection Fees
- Items of less than 100 pounds each:
- $33.00 for up to three items; $11.00 for each additional item
- Items over 100 pounds each: $18.00 per hundred weight declared on bill of lading
- Uncrating Inspection Charge: $15.00 per crate up to 20 cubic feet. $.50 per cubic ft. thereafter
- $50.00 dock charge for pick up by another carrier
- 24 hour notice required for customer pick up
Storage Rates
- Warehouse rack storage- $.55 per cubic foot per month, first 14 days free with delivery
- $25 Minimum monthly storage charge
- Temperature controlled rack storage- $.60 per cubic foot per month, no pro-ration
- Temperature controlled vaulted storage- $87.50 per vault, hourly rates apply for vaulting or viewing, no pro ration, suggested for storage of over 3 months
- Temperature controlled private rooms- individual controlled access, limited availability
- 650 square feet- $850.00 per month
- 850 square feet- $1,250.00 per month
- 1,000 square feet- $1,650.00 per month
Valuation Fees
- Local Delivery and Installation:
- $1.20 per pound at no additional charge
- $50.00 per declared value up to $5,000.00
- $100.00 per declared value from $5,001.00 to $15,000.00
- $150.00 per declared value from $15,001.00 to $25,000.00
- Rates for higher values available on a per quote basis
- Long Distance Installation: 1% of declared value
- Warehouse storage:
- $1.20 per pound at no additional charge
- Replacement Value at $2.00 per $1,000.00 of declared value per month
